A: All rent payments should be sent to Neugebauer Enterprises LLC, PO Box 622, Bismarck ND 58502
A: We accept personal checks or money orders. Cash should never be sent in the mail. We also accept
PayPal (use email address
info@bismanapartments.com). Note that if paying rent with PayPal please select the "Personal" option so we are not charged any fees for receiving your rent. If paying with credit card on PayPal you will need to pay the fees as we require rent payment in full.
A: Make your check payable to "Neugebauer Enterprises LLC"
A: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on your lease, rent payments are due in advance on the first day of each month. Late payments begin accruing if we do not receive your payment by the fifth day of the month.
A: If there is an urgent need for maintenance, please call us using the numbers provided
here. Otherwise, please email your maintenance needs to
info@bismanapartments.com or use the form provided on the
contact us page.
A: We always provide two sets of keys to our tenants when the lease is signed. The tenants are urged to keep the spare key in a safe place or with a trusting friend. If you have locked yourself out there are a number of companies with 24-hr emergency service to get you back in, such as Guardian Lock (701-258-1919). You may also
contact us and we will unlock your door for a $35 fee. Under no circumstances should you attempt to break into your apartment through a window or door. Tenants will be held responsible for any damage which is incurred through such acts.
